Leaves are cleaned from all agreed upon areas and moved to a nat­ural wooded area for com­post or the leaves can be removed from the prop­erty by our large vac­uum trucks.

We charge an hourly rate per man, per hour for each man on the crew. Clean­ing ser­vices are timed events and you are charged only for the time the men are on the lawn. Vac­uum time will be added to the total clean­ing time.

Beware of com­pa­nies that charge a sep­a­rate rate of the first 15 or 30 min­utes of work. WE CHARGE THE SAME RATE FOR THE ENTIRE HOUR. ANY SERVICE COMPLETED IN UNDER AN HOUR…THE CHARGE WILL BE PRORATED AT THE $49.00 fee.
